Months of practicing these techniques revealed a truth I had only begun to grasp:
“I have full control over the outcomes I create in my life.”
This isn’t about blind optimism.
It’s about intentionally choosing what my mind focuses on and crafting a mental environment that aligns with my goals.
Let me share a personal example that highlights this transformation.
Becoming the Person Who Deserves the Life You Want
A friend once told me:
"If you want the life you desire, you must first become the person who deserves that life."
That advice struck me deeply.
It became clear that my surroundings—my reality—were just reflections of who I was on the inside.
To change my life, I had to change my inner self.
I began waking up at 5:00 AM, though it was challenging at first, because I knew the person I wanted to be was surely an early riser.
My body resisted, but I knew this habit was part of becoming the person I envisioned.
Each morning, I wrestled with waking up but I did not give in because I knew the purpose of what I was doing.
Then, I turned to writing.
For the first two hours of my day I journaled to clear my mind, reflect on my journey, and remind myself of where I was headed.
This practice helped me:
Recognize how far I had come.
See evidence that a larger, more fulfilling life awaited me.
Reaffirm my trust in God, who strengthens me to achieve the seemingly impossible.
This wasn’t just a routine—it was a ritual of transformation.
The Power of the Mind: Manifesting Desires
Manifestation often carries a stigma, but it’s simply the practice of aligning your thoughts with your goals to bring them into reality.
When I rewired my mind through this process, my thoughts became laser-focused on what I wanted.
My surroundings started to shift in response to this intentional change.
The world began reflecting my internal growth and alignment.
Good things started to happen effortlessly, but I knew it wasn’t luck—it was intentional mental alignment.
Like the greats—Cristiano Ronaldo, Nipsey Hussle, Kendrick Lamar—I began projecting a coherent electromagnetic signal to the universe to draw in my desires toward me.
This is what worked for me and it is how everyone does it.
How You Can Start Transforming Your Life
Neuroplasticity and brain rewiring aren’t abstract ideas—they are actionable tools for building a life filled with abundance and success.
Here’s how you can start:
1) Morning Routine and Mental Focus
Begin your day with intention.
You don’t have to wake up early as I did but you need to dedicate time to mental work:
Write to clear your mind and set your goals—journal, every day.
Reflect on your progress through your writing process.—study your own journal.
Meditate to align your energy and thoughts for the day you’ve imagined ahead with what you’ve been writing in your progress journal.
Overall, in your mind, you need to have a clear intention as to who you want to be and it has to match exactly what you put down on your journal every single day.
It’s therefore wise to journal as the highest version of yourself, talking to your current self and guiding you to that desired future.
2) Rewire Your Brain
Use positive affirmations to overwrite limiting beliefs.
This isn’t about false positivity—it’s about setting a mental framework that supports your goals.
Train your brain to track and believe in the opportunities and successes that align with your vision.
Much like how praying works as setting a positive tone to how you want events in your life to unfold, positive affirmations work the same way.
You speak good things into your life, you proclaim them, just as you would pray.
The power of the tongue is still undefeated in this day and age.
3) Visualize the Life You Want
Take a few minutes daily to visualize your desired future in vivid detail.
Imagine living that life, feeling the emotions, and experiencing the success.
This primes your brain to work toward achieving it.
4) Live Authentically as Your True Self
Authenticity attracts the life you want.
You can only succeed at building your personal brand by embracing your true self.
Think of yourself—who you truly are—as a high achiever deserving of great respect and recognition.
That way you discover the freedom of being yourself without worrying about what other people are going to think.
