A Book That Changed My Perspective
One book transformed my understanding of meditation: Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Before reading it, I usually meditated but without understanding.
I didn’t fully understand the mechanics behind it or how to maximize its benefits.
All I knew was the overused “You are what you think” and “Your thoughts control your life” cliches.
This book then opened my mind to powerful ideas about the conscious and subconscious mind and how they really influence our reality.
